Available across the United States, Baby Boot Camp® offers interval-based fitness and nutrition programs designed specifically to help moms get fit in the years following childbirth. Parents incorporate their children and stroller as an integral part of the small group training classes. Weekly play dates and monthly moms’ night out events provide additional social support for new moms.
